(BUG) Steam License Plates are Broken

    Hey! This started with 0.20.*

    I recorded a demonstration above. The game was launched in safe mode, AND reinstalled prior so it's not my mods causing it.

    Basically, the License plate text is randomly generated when spawning into any level rather than respecting the "Use my Steam Name as my License Plate", which was on when I recorded the demonstration since it's on by default.

    Changing vehicles does not fix it. The only thing that fixes it is to "re-generate" the currently active plate. Then it is fixed for the duration of that map session. However, loading any other map causes it to have the bug again.

    Is anyone else experiencing this or can they re-create it? Thanks! :)
