[Bug] Wendovers "Race Rear Disc Brakes" are considered "disc" instead of "vented-disc"

This Bug is not listed under the Known Issues.

- The Bug exists on everyones pc that i asked to look it up

To check that this is not, by any means, a intended thing for the wendover i compared the Wendover brakes to a Old timer with Drum brakes. Drum brakes have a much less efficient Heat Radiation then Disc Brakes, thats a known fact. So in theory the Wendover, with its Disc brakes, should have a better heat radiation then the old timer.

In short. The front race brakes of both cars radiate the same heat. But the Drum Rear brakes on the old timer perform MUCH better then the Disc Rear brakes of the wendover.

But How does it come?
The Game considers the "Race Rear Disc Brakes" as normal disc brakes. Meaning that the pads behave like normal standard brakes and dont radiate as much heat as they should. (See "Brake Type" in the picture)

In fact the sport rear brakes for the wendover currently perform much better then the race ones.
Another fact, that ensures me that this is not intended is the fact that the Race Rear Brakes even have visible vents.

Additionaly must be said that the Wendover heavly suffers from this bug. Its racing capabilities are really bad because of it.
