    Facing South

This makes mirrors look very strange at times.

not to be disrespectful slayersen, but could that be the reflections on your car? you pictures for this car on your thread looked off on reflections and those were taken pre-4.1.0

No the reflections were fine prior to 4.1 now the main problem is the reflections change based on the direction of the vehicle.

Before if anything it was just too reflective and would mildly stretch some reflections out, now it's just off whenever you turn EAST, WEST, or SOUTH.. it warps reflections.

    IDK what the cause is.

I think I just need to UV map my car's textures is all.

about 2-10hrs of work ahead of me there ^>^

    Edit:

Is it funny that when I went to type "UV" at first I was about to type "Re-Solder"

    I need to Re-Solder my mic :p

I think that this is due to the switch to DX11
I also have problems with reflections when I move the camera

But if a normal map to put on layer 0, this problem disappears.

To this day normal maps do not seem to remedy this issue.

What all is required to get smooth and correct reflections in beam?

Sorry I cannot provide much info on the issue because I am unable to do much of anything until I finish a huge project that had it's due date reduced to 1/2 a month closer.

The reflections are done with a dynamic cubemap, having mirrors working this way correctly is impossible and not intended to work out.

I am not talking about mirrors... read the whole thread, there is a bug that causes some strange occurrences with the reflections based on which way the car is facing... I haven't yet figured out what causes it.
