I plan on buying and making my own computer to play beamng.drive and didn't want to buy the components that are same as the minimum/recommended requirements. i'm on a tight budget and to build something and effective so I can play the game with little to no lag. any suggestions or recommendations.

My computer was upgraded to windows 10 in the last few years. Is this computer remotely possible to be upgraded so I would be able to play this game.

A RAM, SSD and a GPU upgrade would go a long way, but I'm not familiar with old AMD CPUS so I don't know what faster ones there're that would fit that socket. Also, if I'm correct, that's a Micro tower, right? If so, you would need a Low Profile Graphics Card, assuming your PC has a PCIe slot.

    Hi there

A new GPU would be bottlenecked by this kind of old AMD cpu. Your motherboard seems to have a PCI-e slot but well. It could be old PCI express gen (2.0).

We also need to know your power supply max output. Please give us a picture of the label.

Desktop computer pre-made/OEM PSUs are usually made to meet the max requirements of the actual components.

So a PSU upgrade might be necessary... And I guess this computer use non-ATX power supply. So it will more expansive to upgrade to a more powerful one.

Would you be willing to pay this? https://newegg.io/ace057b Your current pc is old and it would probably be more worth it to get something new.

I would be willing to pay for that setup but not all at once.

    Don't bother upgrading that machine.
Emachines had the brilliant idea to solder a netbook CPU to a desktop board. Even if you put a 1050ti and an SSD in there, it's still probably going to perform abysmally.
Unfortunately, now is not the best time to build a PC, though. Prices are through the roof for even the most entry level parts.

Try looking for something like a decently priced used Dell Optiplex 9010 and stick a GTX 1650 in it.

Should be fine, but what system are you planning on using it for?

amd or intel for a good cpu where i can get a good amount of frame rate(fps) to run smoothly and not brake the bank cost wise.

AMD is much better than Intel, but remember, you also need a good GPU.

A 1080 is a good gpu that can handle a lot. I have a AMD RX Radeon 580 and it can handle a nice amount considering it has only 4gb of vram and is a bit cheaper too.
