Bus Route Questions

Hi,
Lately, I've been driving a lot in the Bus Route mode, and I've started making my own routes and downloading routes.
1. In my own routes and in routes I've downloaded, the arrows guiding you to each stop seem to go wild at random times as you approach the stop. Whether that's making you drive in circles, go past the stop, or simply change directions in the middle of the highway. Is there any way to fix this?
2. I find the camera animation annoying at each stop. I want to have control over camera at stops. Is there a way disable the camera animation?
