Bus Routes During Night?

I have been playing with bus routes recently and I wanted to try it during the night, however, it seems to be impossible through the menu. Could someone guide me to change the time either through mods or something I am missing in the menu? Thanks!

 

iirc you need to turn of the competitive scenario option in the gameplay settings, then youll be able to kess with the vehicles, ai, and time while in a scenarios/bus route
