c0000417 (0xC0000417) error / crash on startup

Hello, i have got STATUS_INVALID_CRUNTIME_PARAMETER, see that its very common issue but couldnt find any fix for this 0xC0000417.
Downloaded from microsoft site and reinstalled:
1) Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017
2) .NET Framework 4.7.2
3) DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime

Also tried to reinstall Beam NG Also tried to clear beamng from register and reinstall BeamNG, tried without steering wheel, checked space on my HDD and other system requirements but still no success? Please help

 

Hello, But i deleted all mods, cleared even register and then reinstalled the game
My mods folder is empty what to delete ? Advice please
