Camera Breaks When Changing Time of Day

    Everytime I try to change the time of day on a map to something brighter like morning or midday, the camera stops in the same place but the cars reset fine. There is no lag or anything. shift + C does not fix it. Is this a bug or is there a key I can press to put the camera back?
