Camera enhancing mods... (and where to find them)

I like to do a bit of screenshot artwork in this game, and some other members of the forums seem to use light mods or camera enchancing mods to make this work. Are these in-game features downloadable from the website, or are they outside photo editing mods? If they are in the forum, where? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to locate them...
