Camera Moves With Mouse?

Hey, There is a problem I have been running into for the past year in BeamNG - Out of nowhere, the camera will switch to a 'easy-rotate' when you move your mouse. Now usually, your mouse is on the screen and you hold down right click to move your screen. Help!?

That's what's been happening to me. I have to restart the whole game.

Happened to me once or twice, like the RMB getting stuck as if it was pressed. Is that it?
