It'd be nice to have some more camera settings for some of the cameras. Mostly related to FOV.

    Relative
Default FOV - The default FOV the camera uses. While you can manually adjust it, it doesn't save unless you create another relative camera slot. It'll also reset the FOV upon reloading your car or pressing Numpad 5. That, and using the numpad keys to adjust it is very imprecise. It's nice to just have a "set it and forget it" option that applies to all cars (because sometimes the default FOV for each car might vary).

    Hood

Default FOV - The default FOV the camera uses.

    Walk Mode

Default FOV - The default FOV the camera uses. As of currently, you can't adjust the on-foot FOV at all.

    Orbit

Show Current FOV - You can offset the current FOV in the options, but it just shows how many degrees have been added/removed. It'd be nice to see what it's currently set to.

    Top Down
Offsets - Offsets for things like the height, the look ahead speed/scale, etc.

We also need a new Chase camera. The existing one has been the same since it was first added years and years ago, and it leaves a lot to be desired. It's too tight and clunky, and doesn't feel good to use at all. Not to mention you can't tweak it at all besides roll. I feel like it'd make more sense to use the Orbit camera as the base and just go from there, because the Orbit camera already has a handful of options and it feels significantly better to use.

Tightness - Just like the orbit camera. Determines how loose or tight the camera is.
Default FOV - The default FOV the camera uses.
FOV Speed Factor - Just like the orbit camera. Determines how many degrees get added through speed.
Up/Down Offset - Nudge the camera up or down.
Forward/Backward Offset - Nudge the camera forward or backward.
Pitch Offset - Nudge the camera angle upwards or downwards.
Anchor Offset - Nudge the rotation "anchor" forward and backward. For example, if you like to drift, you could make it so the camera's rotation anchor is more towards the front to help accentuate the rear sliding out.

This is an old thread but want to give it a bump. And while I'm well aware of the Enhanced Chase Camera mod, I still think the vanilla cameras deserve some love.
