Can´t set up Avatar

I can´t setup an Avatar for me.
It shows me no option to load something up or select.
It just says i don´t use an avatar.

Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.

Just shows me this. Any solution?

Try setting a profile picture, does that work?
