Can anyone convert a DTS file?

I simply want two or three models that are in DTS format converted to DAE so I can port them to OBJ . I would like to know if there is software that can do that other than Milkshape and that unwrap thing. If somebody has software/methods that they aren't willing to redistribute, I would appreciate it if they could convert the attached models. (Mostly just the Coupe DeVille)

I don't recall it is possible to reverse engineer a DTS file.
It's a specific format of T3D, it doesn't contain the full model, only informations that allow the engine to load those models fasters.

If that is the case, wouldn't there have to be another file in the mod that it's referring to/indexing?

Yeah, the .DAE file.
.DAE (COLLADA) is a common 3D Object format.
Can be opened by various programs.

If it's not there, the mod is not compatible.
Older mods would work only with the .DTS file, but no more now for mod loading issues.
