    So then I had the great idea to start this thread :D
    Just like Did I die?... Can beam regenerator fix this car?

    It would pull whatever that is back into a vague shape resembling a car, but mesh cutting will leave unsightly gaps in the model. So yes, Beam Regen can fix it in the same way you can scrape a deer back into a bloodied deer shape on the forest floor after it had been mauled by a dozen bears.
