Can I have two versions at once?

So I make content for a living, and deactivating all 250+ mods before every video is annoying (the mods make it take way longer to load and I don’t use 95% of them in my videos) and then reactivating them all again later. I was wondering if I could have an unmodded version and modded version, kinda like how you can have two versions of GTA V and use regedit to control which version opens. But the difference is, the beam mods folder is documents and not actually in the game folder itself. Is this at all possible and if so, does anyone know how?

 

You could probably launch the game in safe mode whenever you don´t need any mods
