Can somebody help me with a Config mod?

Hello guys! I just got an idea and created my first config to make a mod about it but it wont work for me so i cant publish it. I want to ask somebody to make my config work so i can publish it or if he/she wants to publish then he/she can publish it. The only one thing to mention me as config creator in the description. So something about my config:
-it is a D15
-Redneck D15 with fair handling on road and offroad; made of *scrap*.
-its base colour is white
You can ask me for the file if you can fix/publish it.
