CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP WITH TREE TEXTURES!!!

I have been trying to figure out how to fix tree textures on ThePhantomDriver's Usui Pass mod as all of the trees close up turn into no texture orange. The hotfix he created I don't think works anymore and I have no way to tell if I have the hotfix cause the post don't work anymore. I've tried to start a conversation about the problem with him, nut it wouldn't let me create it. All of the solutions are old and don't work anymore or don't give a proper solution to the problem. I'm wanting this map to have proper looking trees, and if someone has a proper solution to the problem that I can do myself, I would appreciate it.

 

Have you tried clearing the cache?
