Can someone send me there common file!?

I Need someones Common file, that isn't corrupt in anyway, i just need it for my tire textures, sadly my Drag tires are grey, flat grey. It is just easier to get someones file and just add what i need from it. to help fix my issue, Don't want to have to go through the trouble of re installing the game for a tire texture.
Can anyone help?
Preferably upload it to Mediafire.

 

Just delete your common file, then go to steam and select verify integrity and it fixes that what is missing.

 

i fixed it, it turns out the issue is the "chase tires" from the Last barstow mod
