can you use creations on the tech demo?

So I am waiting to buy the game of steam and I have the tech demo. But I was wondering can I use creations like download maps and use them in the tech demo. Please help me. Thanks.

 

No you cant, you need the full game in order to use mods. You can buy the game now, it is available on steam to early alpha buyers

 

but how do you get the early alpha?
