Turns out mythbusters was right. I used a modified cannon (with 3000 instead of 5000 force), and custom planetary gravity to accelerate my truck with a constant 1g forward for half a minute or so.

Is there a thread or something that shows all these little physics science experiments? I remember one with the rotating wheel on a string and the t-handle in zero-g but always have a hard time trying to find them, if I ever do.

I also remember this experiment. It was one of the demo videos tdev showed at the university class where i first met him. I'll ask around and see if we can compile a list of videos like this :)
