Cannot apply any changes to settings

Hello everyone,

I'm currently (well, since 0.20 at least) having the problem that I cannot apply any changes to the settings. When I change something, it will just be ignored and the changes will be rolled back as soon as I exit the settings menu. This happens from the main menu and in-game. I even tried editing the config file itself, but it will just be replaced with either a standard one or the previous configuration.

Does anybody has an idea what I'm doing wrong here? I just can't figure it out and cannot find threats with the same issue on the forums or subreddit.

 

Same issue here, cannot change graphic settings or control binding it kick me out of the menu , Ive try to clear cache, switch location of user data folder to an other folder than the C drive, Ive even Reformat windows ( I was having other issues anyways ) I will submit my id but the no crash log exist because there is no crash
