Cannot Complete Rocky Start Missions

    I tried doing the Rocky Start campaign only to find none 3 missions actually complete once succeeded so I can't continue the story. I've tried a fresh install and have no mods and have tried completing the missions multiple times only for them to remain uncompleted. I would really like to be able to actually play the rest of the story so is there anyway to get it to work?
