Cannot Update "file is being used by another process"

Hey. So I am unable to update Beamng.drive. Hopefully this is all you need to know to help me
Apparently the file is being used by another process but I have no idea what that could be because that's all I had open at the time.
This is the bottom line of the update log thing.
"alpha_prerace ERROR: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"
All help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

Either restart or press Ctrl + Del + Alt then task manager and close BeamNG if it is still open. Hope this helps/work for you

This error is caused by antivirus attempting to scan the file.
