Can't install mods from a browser

Hey all

I got a big problem here, in my BeamNG folder there isn't a mod folder anymore

That means i can't download a mod from a browser and put it into this folder (mod, then repo, as usual)

I tried to recreate the folders and then put the mod in it, didn't work

All i have is a "vehicle" and a "level" folder, since the mod i want to get is a map, i put it in the level folder, didn't work either. But all my mods are in these 2 folders, but put a new into it via a browser and not in game doesn't work...

Any ideas ?
