Cant install mods!

    Hey guys I used to install car mods by putting them into the vehicles folder but now when I do that it wont show up in the game and when I search using the ingame mod search the mod I want is not there how can I install it?

    Putting them in the 'vehicles' folder was the wrong way of doing it from the start... You should put the downloaded .zip into \user\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods

    I wouldn't reccomend downloading mods from there. Those are usually low quality mods, mods stolen from this site or in this case, a private mod in WIP that has been reuploaded. The best place is this website :)

    Once you find your mod, download it and place it in mods folder, in your BeamNG folder in documents and enjoy :)

    That's a problem with that mod, as it's not packed anywhere correct to work like any other mods.

    If you want to fix it yourself, the ZIP must have this structure:
    ZIP > 'vehicles' or 'levels' folder > FolderWithVehicleName > Various Files

    Some of those mods come in weird .exe files, which are not usable as is (.exe files are not mods files for the game)
    Common sense would more likely say to stay away from strange .exe files.
