Can't open cars menu in a map

This is completely different to the untextured thing from before, I can't figure out what is causing this but I downloaded 130 mods from repository that I wanted (i originally had 500...) but with these mods active, when I open the cars menu after loading any map my game will freeze and either crash and give me multiple gpu error messages as well as an error 0x0000001 or I'll get a blue screen of death. Everytime I try it, it's the exact same thing. That's the reason I normally have the repository mods disabled. I'm not sure if it's a certain mod and if so, how do I find out what mod it is?

 

run in safemode, then enable 20 or so at once. then test and see if the menu loads. if it does, add another 20. if it doesn't, go one by one through the 20 mods you just enabled.

 

I tried that, but once loaded into a map with the first 20, I go to add 20 more and choose a different map but the car list is still only the 20 I added first. Therefore, I don't know which vehicle is creating errors because the car list doesn't refresh

 

Restart the game, and check again with 20 mods more, then repeat that till you found the broken mod. The game has to be restarted (I think) to recognize the newly added mods.

 

If I remember correctly, then just pressing Ctrl + R should do the trick, as it reloads the whole game
