Can't see or load maps

Once I opened 0.31 for the first time, I clicked the allow mods thing, since then I haven't been able to see or load vanilla maps. I can see and load non vanilla maps but it gets stuck and never responds to my inputs. Here is a screenshot of the map selection screen. I have also deleted every mod but still nothing. What can I do? Thanks in advance

 

Try verifying the game files through Steam.
