Can't seem to go into manual gears

So, i don't seem to be able to go into manual with "Q" it only toggles between "Real Automatic" and "Arcade Automatic" and i was wondering if anyone has experience with this problem.

 

Some cars don't have a manual transmission. So the only options are arcade and real automatic. Try pressing cntrl+w and going to transmission and changing it to manual (if the specific car has one)
