Can't Spawn Cars Due to Mods.

    I know this is a mod issue but im not sure which mod is making this happen. I have many mods but one or more is causing me not to be able to spawn cars in the menu. I have tried the game without mods and it works just fine but i have 100's of mods and wanted to check if this happened to someone else and if they fixed it. If you have fixed it what mod was it. Thanks.
