Can't turn left (#3)

    I have set my left steer to A but if I press A it does nothing and when I press 1 it thinks I'm pressing A. I controls>hardware when I press A it says I'm pressing A but doesn't steer and when I press 1 It thinks I'm pressing A except it steers this time. I have made the same post 3 times but they always hit me with stupid answers such as make sure right or brother laptop v THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!! Anyways it's really annoying and I can't fix it.
