can't unlock unmanaged fps but frames managed still shows <none>?

    Hello,

    I've had some issues with trying to unlock the unmanaged FPS lately. I'm averaging about 30 FPS seen in one of the images below, but there's plenty more in the 'unmanaged' area. Alongside that, the frames managed area says none, when there's CLEARLY more frames to be gained.

    PC Specs:
    CPU: Intel i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
    RAM: 16GB DDR3
    OS: Windows 10
