Car blacked after mission

[ ERROR in the title: "car BLOCKED" instead of "car blacked", sorry... ]

Hello,
Sometimes I stop in these blue circle that activate missions. When I stop the mission and come back, it often happens that the car is blocked. I engage first gear, press the accelerator, and the car acts as if the parking brake was still set, but it is not. I tried to set and release the parking brake and it does not change the problem.
It also happens sometimes when I press TAB to switch to another vehicle and come back in my car.
This problem does not occur each time, it is random...
Did you also experience this problem? Is it a bug?
