Car Config Help?

Hi guys! I am trying to create a "ricer" configuration for the 200bx, and everything worked perfectly with the JSON, and the picture. However, once I made it into a ZIP file, deleted the config and dropped it into the mods folder, it stopped working. Have I done something wrong, or is this jsut the way the game works? I would like to release this config so nobody else has to play about with the Parts Selector to make it. Thanks in advance.

The file would be nice to have, to see any errors in the file setup. Screenshots would also be nice. Here is how it should look like in zip form as in the directory: yourzipname\vehicles\coupe\allthefilesgohere
All the files should includ the .pc which has all the parts, the info, which should have all the vehicles "stats" and then the image. Hopefully this helps
