Pretty sure this won't happen, but hey I can ask :)

It felt weird the 1st time I played BeamNG (a week ago!)
    And still feels strange.

Ghost cars, driving with no-one behind the wheels.
And note: I'd only speaking of the "Immersive Visual Reality Feeling" that's all.

I did some googling and some Reddit comments to others asking the same, brough up the issue of:
"BeamNG devs don't want the whole range of obvious issues when it comes to humans in cars and crashing"
Bodies flying around, bones broken etc etc.
And yes I can fully accept this would be a major issue. Perhaps not to much a few decades ago, but it todays more sensitive world, yes.

    However..........

I would love to suggest a compromise (It's often good to compromise) :)

How about adding the "Option" to include at least a driver in a car.
I can be a fairly simple low poly shape, even if it's only upper torso with head and arms only.
With a few texture options for features.

So that when driving it actually looks like there are actual drivers driving the cars.

But (and here's the clever? bit)
Upon any major damage to the car (not just a broken tail pipe or fender scraping on the ground)
And major damage. The driver simply vanishes.

So we can have/enjoy seeing drivers actually in the cars (not ghost cars) but we have no issues with bodies being damaged, and no need to add physics to drivers bodies.

Best of both worlds. We get drivers, and we don't see anyone get hurt either.

    Win Win :)
