Before you purchase the map...try out the free version. https://www.beamng.com/resources/car-jump-arena-2023.29877/ If it doesn't run smoothly, please don't buy the paid version.
I hope you will buy the game to have the right version ._. --- Post updated --- Why "please"? So he cannot support your work?
If the free version doesn't work, then the paid version won't work either! Besides, he can't support my work because he doesn't get anything from it! I want everyone to be happy with the map if they support me. I don't know why he doesn't have the latest version of the game...whether his PC is too old...or whether there are technical problems? ...or whether he simply didn't purchase the game from an official source. Regardless...I can only recommend buying the game and supporting the developers! They always do a great job and are constantly developing the game further! I bought the game almost 10 years ago and have always enjoyed it!
I usally play on version 0.14, probably not gunna work, i can run the current version (0.31) perfectly (i bought beamng from steam) but for some reason i js like going back to the older game versions lol. The mod probably wont work on 0.14 lol.
that just a polite way to tell he/she and other guy who still stick with older versions that there's no need to pay for things the don't have way to use neither complain about it whenever before purchase or after
If the map doesn't run on his computer, that's his problem. The author of the map is not responsible for malfunctions on game versions incompatible with the map.
I did not see a "system requirement" type section of the description (on the forum anyway) so he could not have determined this before he bought the product. This could also happen if they forgot to check the free version, or if the free version ran fine and the paid version didn't for some reason.
According to MuYe's video, the minimum config for BeamNG (Low-end computer) is a Intel i5-34~~, 8GB of memory, and a GT 1030. For having an Intel i5-4590 and 16GB of DDR3 memory of difference, I can confirm that it's the minimum to get BeamNG stable. I played with the map with 8GB of memory at the beginning and it wasn't running above 20 FPS. So maybe MysteryMan can add "GT 1030, 16GB DDR3, Intel i5-4590, SSD" as minimal requirements in the description. I tested the two version during beta-test period, I didn't get much problems than the paid version, maybe 2 or 3 FPS more due to the low amount of meshes.
