Car lags when it need to crash or when crash happen

Hay guys, so after installing my new GPU and fresh windows 10 I have problem with my favourite game Beamng. Dont know if it happens because new update or new graphic card.. so game works perfectly but for like 1min of driving than it suddenly lag happen I cant control car, its like its unplugged all.. game continues but I cant controll no matter which car.. refresh car dont work I need to load vehicle to work again.. i tryed on ultra, high or normal problem happens no matter which resolution.. on ultra its over 60fps

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8gb
RAM: 32gb DDR4 corsair 1600mhz
SDD: 460gb
Monitor: LG 27" mp47hq 60Hz
Thrustmaster TX leather edition, th8a shifter, bmw e36 cluster

I figure out, it happens more often when I want ro reset car..
