Car looks damaged on spawn

    Some of the car's body panels look like they are damaged/bulging on spawn. Doesn't happen in safe mode, but it does happen in regular mode. The only cars that it happens with is the D-Series (Fenders, doors, and tailgate), Barstow (doors only), Covet (everything looks bulged), and Pessima (early model).
    Here's some examples.

    No clue why it's happening. Nothing in console. Any help?

    it must be a conflicting mod then. slowly disable your mods to find the culprit
