car not working glitch

so I was trying to do a full lap around hirochi raceway and I crashed and it caught on fire so then I spawned it and tried it again then I hit the wall and it glitches out and the car was repaired and was floating in the air so I pressed j and it sent me back and I tried starting up the car again and it didn't work I even plugged my controller in to see if it would move and it didn't work and I tried everything to get it moving like, shifting, moving tires and pressing w.

I have had this problem with older versions to and I wonder if its just my game or its not a common bug or glitch but I hope this was descriptive enough to let your fix this

 

usually the car float and destroys itself if the car is respawned in the fence like when you press CTRL + R or the insert key which rewinds the cars movements. it cant really be called a bug that is what happens when the car spawns in a immovable crash barrier or fence.

 

but it respawned like normal and my car wouldn't run and I didn't understand why it did that

 

run it in safe mode and disable all mods. if your car isnt starting, that sounds like you have the more features mod that realisitically stalls the car.
