Car parts modeling

Hi,
i didnt find another thread where to fit this.. so basicly i wanted to create my own car but i realised that thats too much for me at the moment so i decided to create at least some parts or somthing like that. It would be nice to see my parts in some cars in the game so if you like to use it in your car just tell me i can send you blender file..
My first thing to create was car battery.. im considering of doing more battery mods sizes and textures etc... battery look little bit simplier than the modern ones.. but im creating aftermarket parts so sorry guys.. so there is going to be more than one battery.. there gonna be for example 6V battery in different size, texture and design..
Just tell me if its possible that I or somebody else is able to use these created parts in their car models... i think its possible isnt it?
Enough of writting lets watch some pictures (I can upload wireframe if needed)



Im considering creating fictive aftermarket spares maker.. with the parts that can anybody use while creating new car..

Would look even better with some textures i think.
But nice idea. It´s kind of the same as it was in RoR.
In RoR you also had parts threads (for each car).

 

At the moment my main problem is that i have to learn how to create textures but im going to work on it.. without textures it doesnt look that nice.. I havent played RoR so i dont know how it worked there with the parts

today i started learning how to create textures.. so once the battery texture is finished im going to publish new thread in content creation forum where im gonna be posting parts that i created

First battery texture attempt i found that it isnt that hard to create a texture.. im going to create complete textures at the weekend (i hope) once battery finished i will decide which car part to model next

Looks good man but dang at this rate... It'll be forever before its done lol. If you make a final product at this level of detail then go you lol. What exactly are you wanting to make? Your own brand vehicle?

 

I dont worry about details.. this part if placed to the car will be under hood/bonnet so noone will see it until the crash come.. i could do more detailed model but that seems to be waste of time there is no need for such details i think.. what is my goal? One day i would like to create my own vehicle for the game until this day come i would like to train some modeling and creating some parts that can be later used for future car model is good way i guess.. or if someone feels like placing this battery into his car model i will be glad to see it During this week im about to finish the battery (i have lack of time so it lasts that long..) and than i will be modeling some other part.. maybe steering wheel.. i was thinking about establishing ingame aftermarket spares manufacturing company (spares will be used for the car modelers if they dont want to be bothered by creating car battery model for example) or something like that.. so in the future im going to create few car parts
