Car shutting off and wont go on restart

    Everytime i use an automation car and get in a police chase in freeroam after about 5 secs the car shuts off and locks the brakes up. once restarting the car it stays braked locked for a couple seconds then goes till the next police chase great. then does it all over again. anyone know whats up?
