Car/Track Mods not appearing?

    Hello,

    I am having an issue where if I add a car/level to the game (dragging/dropping file into vehicle/level folder), It will not appear in game (as if I havent installed anything). I downloaded these mods straight from here and I have not renamed them. I simply dragged them onto my desktop, opened the zip file, extracted the folder from the zip file and dragged that folder into the vehicle game folder just like how the wiki explains to do so. Please Help!
