Pretty simple idea. You buy a wrecked car, that may need a ton of time to repair and some cash, or without all the parts. In fact, why not making fixing the car itself a minigame instead of just waiting and paying? You have to fix the body and then have to deal with realizing what part is missing and purchasing it after the fact.
Nice idea. Maybe expand it to become a car dealer as there's still an empty spot for that in the industrial area near the drag strip. Buy junk cars, fix them and make some money out of them. Fixing could be more or less time and money consuming, depending on the age, milage and how the last owner took care of it. Or buying parts cars to repair others. Makes more sense especially for older vehicles.
