My first mod on the forum. I worked on this project since January 2022, and I'm new to modding so expect some bugs.

This is Carvalho de Rei stage, originally made by Zaxxon for Rfactor1. You can find the original track here: forum.rallyesim.fr - View topic - Complet [NEW! BTB Portugal] Carvalho de Rei by Zaxxon
It's released under Creative Commons license so I'm able to port it with no issue. Map is not 100% true to original mod, I have to redo foliage, rocks and other.

Interesting, I got it multiple time and clear cache always fix it. I'll look into it
Edit: Try the temporally fix I wrote above, I'll see if a absolute solution is possible

Also I had to unpack the mod to get that weird solution to work.

Its mostly fixed but the first time you load up the map, it looks like this:
    a.png

But the 2nd time you load it up its fine. There's also rendering issues with the tree walls where you can see tree walls rendered on top of the closest ones:
    b.png

My suggestion wouldn't be to use these flat tree walls since they're meant to be placed far away from where the player will usually be and instead use those 3D trees. For example, you can use those huge oak buses plus the regular oak trees instead. But other than that I think its an awesome rally course for how long and curvy it is :)

Thank you for the update! I think the track is better now :) The only thing that's bothering me a little now are these guys (they're supposed to be some telephones poles?):

Well done! that's a cool rally stage fun to learn! The only thing I would change is to add smooth shading instead of flat shading, you can do that in blender in 2 seconds

edit: gravel variant loads as tarmac on my end and the skybox is changed which is cool but I don't think it was necessary as it doesn't fit sky settings and it's not the highest quality but good job with adding these all beamng assets to the map to make it look nicer

Mine loads fine on my end.

Unfortunately the telephone poles now have "no texture" issues :(

Check the materials JSON file maybe it's taking the path from somewhere else like temp folder

Its trying to find textures from some map folder called vaporv3. For example its trying to find the texture levels/vaporv3/art/shapes/buildings/power_lines/old_wood_d.color.dds

Hey, finally got round to testing this, and I love it.

I'm not sure whether that's a problem on my end, but my game crashes if I crash my car into the telephone poles, and my car goes through all of the smaller trees.

    Also these signs are sticky

Nice track, although the gravel version looks like tarmac are there are brown dirt particles while driving, which is kind of a letdown as my mind tells me to drive faster than i can
also the mud or leave patches are weird, they trespass the car

i whould make the gravel version a dirt version and make the road brown, and remove or fix the dirt/leaves patches
    it's a nice track nonetheless
