Change hammer for other objects

Hi everyone, I've had this doubt for some time, I wanted to exchange the object (hammer) for an axe or baseball bat... I can't find a mod, could someone help me?

 

If you're somewhat familliar with blender you could change the mesh to something else. You'd have to change the jbeam (also in blender with the special addon beamng made) and probably textures (i have no clue about textures sadly so don't quote me here). It would be a pretty simple thing to do as a first mod.
