Changing controls

Hi

I'm not a fan of the new controller layout and I'm just wondering if somebody could post a map where the d-pad controls for the Xbox360 controller are the same as the old game (left is pause, down is reset etc) because those controls are a lot more useful than the indicators, lights, hazards etc. I've tried editing them myself however nothing changes. Also, do any of you know how to stop the camera from moving when reversing? I sometimes want to reverse and look in relationship to what's ahead of me rather than behind of me however the camera insists on showing me the front. Another annoying thing about the camera is, it doesn't move instantly so you can't reverse a tiny bit and if you move the camera accordingly it just jerks about.
