Changing program files

    Does anyone know how to change an autodesk sketchbook file to a paint.net file?
    I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I'VE BEEN TRYING TO DO THIS FOR NEARLY
    3 HOURS NOW. HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. But seriously please someone help this is what i am trying to open in
    paint.net
    I could really use some help though. i'm trying to open botpixel's temps.zip file so i can make a skin.

    https://www.sketchbook.com/ download sketchbook and save to format you need?

    Also it says that TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, and PSD are formats sketchbook supports, pretty much all open in Gimp for example I think, which from you can export file in format paint.net opens if it does not open .psd
