Here is the front suspension for the cuatro, it isn't accurate, like most of the car at this point. The rear suspension is next and then, I think I can start Jbeaming!

Small vote: Plastic or chrome trim on the doors?

I would say do both, for people who want chrome and/or plastic, plastic maybe for the lower end models and chrome for the "fancier" and "more expensive" ones

I think that small chrome strip that runs near handles on doors looks nice. I guess it was later variant that added ugly plastic on bottom of door? So chrome would be my vote.

See... as mentioned below they were different generations, not different prices. In fact I think that the chrome ones were cheaper. (Correct me if i'm wrong) But I will still take your post into consideration

Next week (Sunday to sunday) no progress will be made, due to a holiday I was mostly unaware of. I won't even be able to respond to the forum, no internet!
There is a more pressing issue. Sometime in the future (Not specified) I will be away from my pc for a very long time (6+ weeks) I may make tiny bits of progress but not much. I will warn everyone beforehand, but I wanted to post this just so that everyone knows.

On ahappier note, the rear suspension is almost finished, along with a few forgotten underside details.

The wheels for the cuatro got messed up, now I need to make new ones, however that is only a minor change. I hope to have the finished model before my holiday.

Here could be the finished model... Please comment if you see any missing items. Some of it looks bad, but I physically cannot muster enough will to continue making the rear suspension more detailed. :(

    Update*
Finished model = Not really the finished model, but finished first release model. AKA pickups and vans will be a future update.

Not really a missing item, but the spare wheel's place looks odd. Maybe it was a thing for Renault 4 or something. Otherwise your model looks good to me :)

I don't want to spam this thread with suggestions, but do you think a body style like this could be planned in the future? :p

Maybe, it doesn't look that hard to add, just remove parts of the sedan so, its a possibility. Can't know for certain yet.

The renault 4 did have a spare wheel under the car as there wasn't much space in the boot, and it was kept to one side to make it easy to remove.

I thought I would've missed something, and the word you are looking for is fuel cap.:)
    --- Post updated ---
I have added a small fuel cap, and a small tank, it is almost comically small, however this is beamng therefore 99% of people will crash it before it gets to 3/4 of a tank.
