Christmas tree lighting issues ?

Ok so the christmas tree doesn't light up except for the staging lights anyone know why ?

I tried it with all graphics on high and it worked but then I tried it with all the graphics on lowest except for the lighting I had that on high and they still don't turn on but yet they can have the staging lights on like that's just stupid it's like there teasing you saying lol we can have the lights on with the lighting on lowest if we wanted to but we decided that were just gonna not like bruh !
