City Works Truck challenge

Hello there. This is going to be a roleplay-ish challenge that I'll lay out below.

The city of WCUSA needs new vehicles to do general city maintenance! Problem is, nobody who works with them has any skill with building or ordering vehicles. This is where you come in. You're going to submit your design for the perfect city maintenance vehicle(s) below, and we will pick the favorite and most useful one.

There are two categories:
1. Heavy Truck
Vehicles allowed for heavy truck category: T-Series, Jalkku Semi EU Truck (mod), ETK 6000 & 4000 Series (mod), and Barrelcore (part of Farming Pack mod)
2. Medium Truck
Vehicles allowed for medium truck category: D-Series, H-Series, Roamer, Hopper, and Any other pickup truck mods

RULES:
1. Follow this format when submitting a vehicle:

Any additional information:
2. You can use any mods for the vehicles listed in the categories, but no other base vehicles may be used (exception being the "any other pickup truck mods" part for medium trucks)
3. You can submit heavy and medium truck setups in the same post
4. Don't submit more than 5 setups per post
5. Don't troll and make insane, ridiculous vehicles. Meant to be fun but serious roleplay
6. At the same time, don't submit stock vehicles obviously. No fun in that.


ALL truck setups must be submitted by June 1, 2018. We will judge all of the truck setups and decide the winner that day. May the best truck setup win!


TIPS:
You read all the way to here, so we now know you're devoted if you read and follow the tips
1. Take detailed photos of the vehicle
2. In additional information, explain what makes it more utilitarian! This is very, very important and could win you the competition
3. Remember that WCUSA is very hilly
