THE MOD CANT BE UPLOADED TO THE REPOSITORY DUE TO THE SOUNDS BEING COPYRIGHTED (FM7). HOWEVER IT WILL STILL BE AVIABLE TO DOWNLOAD FROM HERE (SEE THE ZIP FILE BELOW) (PUT THE ZIP FILE INTO MODS FOLDER TO INSTALL.) I DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER MAKE NEW SOUNDS TO UPLOAD IT, IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH WORK. I think i am the first one to swap an engine in a Scintilla lol. So basically as soon i saw the Scintilla i Knew it needed something more exotic, so i put in a 13b from an rx7, any logical person would do that. I still need to fix a couple of things but its a pretty simple thing really, its mostly done. I Dont know if i will release it, just wanted to know what other fellow players thought about it. ----------------HYBRID SYSTEM UPDATE---------------------------- Currently, i am working on a hybrid system for the scintilla, works ok. I remade some of the engine parts, the rotary plates, intercooler and the accessories, as i didnt like them because i had the same engine on an automation mod of mine, but the model itself isn't mine, is a forza model but i cant remember the source to be fair. (Actually not a forza model, the sound was)
I know but im not really good at meshing and redoing parts ecc. i spent a lot of time adapting this engine to my previous mod, porting it to the scintilla was easy, but i still have to adjust a lot of parts and make a new intercooler, since this one doesn't fit --- Post updated --- it is pretty cool indeed! hope i can make a good mod and post it
So, I think this is blimmin fantastic, I just have a few things; Twin Turbo would be cool and bring this powerplant back up to date. New Turbo noise from the Stock TT's on the Scintilla would fit it better. And I also think that adding a proper engine cover onto it would really finish it off. Another thing, that could be tricky to add but could be helped by other mods like the Acranox Core, is a Hybrid/Rotary system. I think that'd be out of this world, and would be something that many people have always wanted to see, as it's been so blimmin long since we last saw rotaries!!!

you're right, changed the tag. --- Post updated --- I was kinda working on an hybrid powerplant, as it should not be that difficult to deliver. For now i was focusing on the engine placement as i dont like it, theoretically the easiest way to fix it should be to move the transmission up and backwards, but im not understanding how to do it. will be looking for other possibilities --- Post updated --- im bad at modelling, making an intercooler took me a lot of time, a car would took me a lifetime lol --- Post updated --- hahaha i would love to swap a 26b into this thing, a quad rotor would be a more adapt choice for this car, but the model itself would require too much time for me --- Post updated --- i will. From the bottom of my heart, I just want to say thank you so much, I'm legit excited. Also, take your time bud, don't rush it. If or when the mod is working properly, you should post it as experimental, so we can test it out and point out if there's a bug or any possible improvements!
why do people still like rotarys so much lol. they get crap mileage and reliability and are expensive most of the time
